Aura & Form works from twenty ateliers across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Commissions outside a studio city are taken by the nearest lead, who travels for the survey and the site visits.
How a remote commission runs
The studio lead flies out for the measured survey and returns for each site inspection — typically four visits across a nine-month project. Everything between them happens on shared drawings and a fortnightly call. Travel is quoted separately and at cost, never marked up.
Working across time zones
Every project has one named contact in a single time zone, so you are never handed between offices to chase an answer. Drawings are issued in metric and imperial together, and specifications name a local equivalent for any material that cannot be shipped economically.
Languages we work in
Project documentation is issued in English. Meetings, site supervision and correspondence can be held in Spanish, French, German, Arabic or Japanese, depending on the studio taking the commission. Contracts are bilingual where local law requires it.

Aura & Form はヨーロッパ、南北アメリカ、アジアの二十のアトリエから設計を行っています。スタジオのない都市のご依頼は、最寄りのスタジオ責任者が担当し、実測調査と現場確認のために出張いたします。
遠隔地の案件の進め方
担当責任者が実測調査のために現地へ赴き、その後も各段階の現場確認に同行します。九か月の案件で通常四回程度の渡航となります。その間の作業は共有図面と隔週の打ち合わせで進めます。渡航費は実費で別途お見積りし、上乗せは一切いたしません。
時差のある進行について
案件ごとに単一の時間帯にいる担当者を一名定めますので、回答を求めて事務所間をたらい回しにされることはありません。図面はメートル法とヤード・ポンド法を併記し、輸送費が見合わない材料には現地で入手できる同等品を仕様書に明記します。
対応言語
設計図書は英語で発行します。打ち合わせ、現場監理、往復の連絡は、担当するスタジオに応じてスペイン語、フランス語、ドイツ語、アラビア語、日本語でも対応可能です。現地法令が求める場合は契約書を二言語で作成します。
